To make a return, contact us by email and we will provide you with a return confirmation number. Return the merchandise by registered mail and include your confirmation number. When the goods are received we will process a refund of the purchase price plus tax.

Shipping charges are not refunded, except when the refund is due to defective or wrongly shipped products. All goods must be returned unused and no refunds will be issued for DVD's if the shrink-wrap has been removed. This does not apply to a defective disk. Clothing must not be worn, washed, or cleaned.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items more than 30 days past delivery. We cannot exchange items.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased via this website. Merchandise purchased from other vendors should be returned to the original place of purchase.

You will be notified of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
