Our local beer maven, Aly Tomlin, has a stash of beer chilling and an arsenal of brewing knowledge and experience. Aly works with our favorite Vancouver brewery, R&B Brewing.

She gives us an overview of the beer making process, some "wow, I didn't know that" beer trivia, what makes ales different from lagers, what to drink with spicy food, pairings for all our barbecue dishes - this list just goes on and on.
