Scot McDonald is purebred Canadian and Craig Harrison is as Australian as they come. It's the commonality of being outside with friends and a passion for eating that drew this pair together - along with a keen sense of stupidity.

Scot and Craig aren't professional chefs - at one time they were pretty nasty on the grill themselves. But after some trial and error, listening to slightly annoying relatives, bribing a chef here and there, and getting to know their local butcher and fishmonger, they seem to be getting the hang of it.
