Here's a quick and easy way to get tasty and juicy pork chops every time!

What you'll need:

  1. 2 to 4 bone-in pork chops
  2. 3/4 cup of Italian salad dressing
  3. Coarse salt and ground pepper
  4. Worcestershire sauce

Pour the salad dressing in a plastic sealable plastic bag. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a few grinder twists of salt and pepper.

Put the chops in the bag, seal the bag then flip it around a bit to mix the chops and the dressing together.

Place the bag in the fridge for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the bag and let it sit (keep the bag sealed) at room temperature for 15 minutes before placing on the grill.

Pre-heat your grill and have one section of burners on "high" for direct heat grilling - and one section set to "off" for indirect grilling.

Remove the chops from the bag and place the chops over the direct heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side just to sear them. Then move the chops to the indirect portion of the grill (no direct flame underneath) and close the lid of your barbecue. Cook at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes to finish them off while keeping the meat nice and juicy.

Ta-da, you're done!
