Salad on the grill? Why not! This is so simple to do and it really tastes great. It's the perfect thing to whip up as a compliment to your nice and juicy steak. Here's the lowdown.

You'll need:

  1. 1 Head of Romaine lettuce
  2. 1/4 Cup of grated Parmesean cheese
  3. Extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup of pre-made Caesar salad dressing (you could make your own but who has time)

Spread several full leaves of Romaine lettuce on a tray or pan. Drizzle both sides with olive oil. Place the leaves on a hot grill for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side. Look to take them off just as they get a little burnt but before they start to shrivel up.

Remove from the grill and place on a serving tray. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing the sprinkle lots of grated Parmisean cheese over top. That's it - pretty easy eh? Don't let the simplicity fool ya though - it's faboulous, you have to try it!
